Apple emails, not PrivateRelay emails!
Some people have been in contact thinking that our company is linked to emails of the type ....@privaterelay@appleid.com or ....@privaterelay.appleid.com, this is NOT the case these emails are linked to Apple Inc.
Apple uses the name 'privaterelay' in some of their Apple account names. Email addresses similar to 'xxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com' are not at all linked to our company.
An email provider can be identified by the final section before the last @ sign. So for example:
support@team.privaterelay.com is linked to 'team.privaterelay.com' so therefore our company PrivateRelay.
example@privaterelay@gmail.com is linked to Gmail and not PrivateRelay as the term privaterelay is before the last @ sign.
If last part of the email is 'appleid.com' this is an Apple account. If this is the source of your inquiry you will need to contact Apple who we hope will be able to assist.
